Drop-in meditation Mondays | 7:00-8:15 pm

Join us for a short talk, discussion and group meditation time. Suited to beginner and experienced meditators.

By donation to the United Church of Canada M&S fund
(Suggested donation between $5-$10)

Next five week Intro to Mindfulness course TBA:

Come and learn the basic techniques of learning to pay enhanced attention.
We will explore different tools for your meditation toolbox:
attention to breath, attention to thoughts, attention to the body,
attention to the emotions & attention to our walk through daily life.
Practicing mindfulness is one way to gain a richer sense of being fully alive,
and of gaining greater clarity, wisdom, freedom and joy in the process.
